Does KARDN Construction offer free estimates?
During our initial free consultation call, KARDN provides free estimates for how long the pre-construction agreement process will take. This ensures you know upfront what to expect regarding timelines and planning before you commit.
Due to the complexity of construction projects, we no longer provide full project estimates for free. In the past, many people requested detailed estimates and then took those plans elsewhere, despite the time and expertise required to prepare them.
Now, a retainer is required for a full, detailed project estimate. This fee covers the professional time and resources needed to prepare accurate plans and is billed against your retainer if you choose to move forward with KARDN for your project. This approach allows us to dedicate the necessary attention to serious clients while still giving you a clear understanding of the process before you commit.
